The facility is secure. But it's not the cleanest. You can see the mouse droppings readily all along the walls in the hall ways. Especially since I clearly had the pass code and the key to our unit. I wasn't asking for the money even. I just wanted to change the address to our new one so she could send us the check. Instead my husband had to finally go in himself, when he was home sick, to get the check from her since she refused to work with me. So, if you rent from them make sure you put both spouses or roommates etc names on the paperwork when you first set it up.
